Building Material

Pavers available ex stock

Capital Infrastructure and Building Products is a unit of Capital Business Systems Limited (CBSL Group) an ISO 9001 certified organization, established in 1974.CBSL has emerged to be one of the major Industrial houses that has grown not only in widening its operations but also and most importantly in building trust with its clients and customers spanning from governments, banks and PSUs to international clients all over the world.

Capital Infrastructure and Building Products have put up state of art manufacturing unit at Panipat having computerized machines, automatic batching and mixing plants for manufacture of interlocking pavers (Precast Concrete Blocks for Paving), Fly Ash Bricks and Concrete Blocks of very high quality matching ISI specifications. All these are produced with high vibro compacting presses resulting in high strength and accurate dimensions. Also have In-house testing facilities to maintain constant quality control. In fact every batch produced has to go through our internal testing norms before it is released to the market ensuring a consistent quality product conforming to all International standards.

We are giving below some of the silent features of our manufacturing unit as under:-

  • Capital infrastructure & Building Products (CIBP) is the only Mechanized Plant in North India of its kind to cater to the construction and infrastructure development.
  • The project has been especially envisaged by the Haryana Power Generation Corporation Limited on the land provided by the Panipat Thermal Station.
  • Fully automatic Machines installed with the American Technology ensure production of high quality Bricks, Concrete Blocks and Pavers.
Pavers

Pavers normally are used at foot paths, side walks, parking areas, city streets, small and medium market roads, low volume roads, utility cuts on arterial roads, etc.

As per IS specifications the pavers have various grades according to different traffic categories. The quality of pavers blocks produced will depend upon various parameters like the capacity of compaction and vibrations of machine, grade of cement used, water content, quality of aggregates used, curing methods adopted, and level of supervision, workmanship and quality control have already been achieved and we are strictly adhere to the IS specifications as mentioned above in our manufacturing unit and are manufacturing Pavers conforming to BIS standard: IS 15658:2006 and Blocks conforming to BIS standard IS: 2185 (part II)- 1983

We put before you the following benefits of using Pavers instead of any other building materials.

  • Uniform compressive strength of pavers due to computerized design and machines.

  • Pavers can be removed and re-fixed in case of repairs hence it saves cost of re-work.
  • Chances of water logging are less in the pavers built roads since water seeps underground through the interlocking joints.
  • Paver’s roads have strong grip and antiskid movement of traffic.
  • Pavers absorb water very less, hence the life of pavers built roads are high.
  • Pavers are very easy to handle and install.
  • Time needed to lay the pavers and subsequent use for traffic is very less hence is best suited for areas of heavy traffic flow for least disruption to the traffic.
Fly Ash Bricks

A burnt clay brick is being manufactured in India for the past several centuries and over the period of time; the technology to manufacture burnt clay has become obsolete which is broadly evident from the following facts:

  • The method and cycle of production can only be used in low volumes production
  • Availability of good quality clay in the vicinity of big cities and towns have become inadequate and irregular.
  • The traditional kiln moulders are not easily available at present and due to strict measures are being proposed and adopted by the Environmental and Govt. agencies for the pollution control.
  • High fuel cost leading to high costs of bricks
Whereas Fly Ash Bricks have

  • Higher Compressive Strength
  • Fire Resistant construction
  • High finish Exterior walls without plastering
  • Eco-friendly bricks
  • Economy in Design of Structure and Reinforcement
  • Lesser water absorption
Government Notification

The Ministry of Environment and Forest, Govt. of India have already issued notifications containing directive for the greater Fly Ash utilization and in a process to set the date for usage of 100% Fly Ash based Bricks/blocks within 100 Kms from the thermal power stations, in the construction of buildings and other construction activities with a view to preserve the natural resource i.e. clay which is being widely used for the manufacturer of conventional Bricks.

Some other important benefits of Fly Ash Bricks

Fly Ash bricks are having higher strength as compared to conventional red clay bricks. Since the raw material of the brick is fire resistant thus the construction is also fire resistant. Due to the manufacturing on the automatic machines-uniform size and structure of bricks is achieved resulting in good finish and aesthetic appearance. These bricks are 10% lighter in weight than conventional clay bricks cause reduction in dead weight of wall thereby substantial saving in the steel and concrete elements.

Concrete Blocks

There are additional advantages of using Concrete Blocks some of them as appended below:

  • High Finish Exterior walls without Plastering
  • Substantial saving in steel and concrete
  • Sound resistant construction
  • Fire resistant construction
  • Stability against earthquake
The spherical shape of cenospheres improves flow ability in most applications and provides a more even distribution of the filler material. The natural properties of cenospheres make it possible to use them either in dry or wet slurry form Cenospheres are easy to handle and provide a low surface area-to-volume ratio. Due to their inert properties, they are not affected by solvents, water, acids or alkalis. Cenospheres are 75% lighter than other minerals currently used as a filler or extender and are 30 percent lighter than most resins.
