Also known as Document Document Imaging services, where the primary objective is conversion of paper documents to electronic documents. Following are the services, which fall into this category -

• Scanning : Providing services for scanning of paper documents and generating images of these documents using different kind of document scanners, depending upon the requirement.
• Indexing : Indexing or cataloguing of documents scanned or indexing of document images received from the client through FTP or in any other media

• Preamble : Rajasthan is one of the largest North-Indian states of India. The land records for different kind of lands - residential, agricultural and others are being maintained on paper since pre-independence. With the technology evolution and keeping in mind the importance of these documents, the state government floated a tender to archive the land records electronically.
• CBSL's Role : CBSL was awarded this tender to archive the land records and to provide with a Document Management Software to enable them to retrieve these documents as and when required.

• Preamble : The major arm of Indian Defence with one of the largest forces in the world. Their Gujarat Division wanted to electronically store their office files including Personnel, Correspondence and other business records and the technical manuals of all kind of equipment they possess.
• CBSL's Role : To provide the complete solution - services and software. Our in-house developed Document Management Software - EzeeFile was used to scan and index different kind of documents. After creation of electronic archival of the backlog, complete document management software (EzeeFile) was implemented for updation of the electronic archival on daily basis and easy retrieval of documents by multiple users.
